The Ojai Roadrunners are part of the Ventura County Youth Track Conference (VCYTC). This non-profit 501(c)(3) Tax ID 77-0273966 was established in 1976 (with six founding clubs including the Ojai Roadrunners)!
VCYTC is the governing body for amateur Track & Field sports for area youth ages 7 - 16 in Ventura County. It establishes policies and procedures, season schedules, and posts league Results .

Many VCYTC athletes compete for area high schools and have gone on to compete in Track & Field in College and other sports. VCYTC has had several of its athletes win national championships, and set national records in individual and team competitions. VCYTC also has alumni who have competed in the Olympics.
The VCYTC's sister league is the Southern California Youth Track and Field Conference (SCYTFC).
The league has clubs located in the San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley and the Santa Clarita Valley.
Member clubs include: Calabasas Cheetahs, Chatsworth Chiefs, Lane 5, Santa Clarita Warriors, Simi Valley Rebels, and United Track Club (Agoura, Oak Park, Westlake Village).
The clubs from the VCYTC and the SCYTFC meet twice a year, once during the Regular Season at the Southern California Youth Track & Field Invitational and then at the end of the season at the Co-Conference Championships.
