Policies

Athletes, Parents, Coaches & Volunteers must abide by our Policies and Program Requirements to be eligible to participate in our program.  These requirements include:

• Athletes: Commit to do one's best, have a great attitude, be willing to learn and grow, aspire to improve and develop physically and mentally, be respectful and supportive of others, and review, sign and abide by our Code of Conduct Policy at all practices and meets.

• Parents: Complete online registration application, pay all fees, volunteer for at least 1 shift at each of our Home meets, and review, sign and abide by our following agreements (Medical Release Form, Hold Harmless Agreement, Media Consent Form, and Code of Conduct Policy).

• Coaches / Volunteers: Pledge to support, care, and encourage all athletes in a safe environment. Review, sign and abide by the Coaches / Volunteer Code of Conduct. All Coaches must complete and pass the League’s background check.

UNIFORM REFUND POLICY

• Uniform refunds or exchanges are only considered for uniforms purchased during the current season.

• Requests for refunds or exchanges are processed after the uniform has been returned, inspected and accepted by the Ojai Roadrunners.

• Uniforms may be returned in-person, via mail, or dropped off at an approved location. To mail or drop off your uniform for refund, click the button above for directions and complete the form.

• The Ojai Roadrunners are not responsible for any uniforms that are lost, stolen or modified in any way when the uniform is mailed or dropped off at an approved location.

• 100% refund or exchange is allowed if upon inspection the uniform is not used and is in new condition.

• No refund is issued or exchange allowed if upon inspection the uniform shows any signs of use, dirt, stain, or damage.

• We gladly accept donations of gently used uniforms.

• In the event a uniform does not pass inspection and does not qualify for a refund or exchange, parents are responsible to make arrangements to retrieve the item if they want it back. Otherwise, the uniform becomes property of the Ojai Roadrunners.

• Deadlines: Unless otherwise noted, parents must turn in uniform to Ojai Roadrunners for inspection whether for refund or exchange by April 1 of the current season. Parents must retrieve uniform that did not pass inspection and qualify for refund by April 30.

Merchandise / Gear:

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
